Wget press enter at [0300]
This is a little autoit script that I wrote to help with ABC iView Downloader It is designed to wake up at a predefined time (as indicated in the square brackets 24Hr time) bring wget into focus and then press the enter key. All you have to do is queue up your downloads using iViewDownloader so that the next press of the keyboard will start the downloads. Run this exe file and it will wake up at the pre-defined time and press the enter key for you.
All you have to do is rename the file with the time you want it to run. I use TPG and I get bonus downloads between 0200 and 0800. So I set mine to run at 0300. You can set yours to what ever make sense for you by changing the file name. Make sure you use 24hr format without any colons and you enclose the time in [square brackets] (ie [0300], [0900], [1300], [1900] etc).
Note:
- It won't wake up your PC
- I don't know what will happen if a keyboard/screensaver lock is on (let me know!)

Leo Wort German to English Translation Helper
This is a little program I wrote using AutoIt to assit you to use and access the very useful Leo English/German online dictonary. This tool will only work with Internet Explorer and comes without warranty or support. You use this at your own risk and I take no liability for its use.
How it works
The program is a small exe file that you can run on your PC and it will sit dormant in the task bar. Highlight a word that you want to translate from German to English (or vice versa) and then press Ctrl+1 on your keyboard. Leowort will copy the word (or words) into the clipboard, start a new IE browser (if required) and then search for the word online using Leo English/German online dictonary.
It is not unusal to take 10-15 seconds the first time you use it. It has to start up a new browser and complete the first search. The subsequent times you use it however will be much faster.
You can copy words from any application and I regularly use it for translating emails and also online newspapers etc. To close the application, just right click on the logo in your task bar to exit. If you use it and like it, please send me an email and tell me so. I may be motivated to do other things in the future.
